Subscriptions and billing

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically unless canceled. Eligible annual subscribers receive a seven-day free trial, followed by the annual price shown by the App Store. The current price and eligibility are shown before purchase.

Manage or cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel through Apple before the next renewal. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription. Request a refund from Apple if you have a billing concern.

Restore a purchase

Sign in to the same Tarot: Mirror account used for the original purchase and use the same Apple Account for the App Store. Open Settings → Account, then select Restore Purchases. Keep the app connected while verification completes. A purchase linked to another Tarot: Mirror account cannot be transferred by signing in to a different account.

If verification is temporarily unavailable, try again later; do not buy again to fix an existing subscription. Contact support if it still fails.

Sign-in and recovery

Open Settings → Account to sign in with your email and password, Google or Apple. Use the password recovery option if needed. If you used Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email, continue using Apple sign-in rather than registering another account.

AI sharing and privacy choices

AI features require your separate permission to send the disclosed data to their service providers. You can decline and use local tarot features, or change your permission in Settings. Microphone access is requested for voice input. See the Privacy Policy for providers, information shared, retention and your choices.

Export or delete your account

Data export and account deletion are available in Settings → Account. Export records you want to keep before deleting your account. Clearing local data affects the device archive; deleting an account removes its cloud data. Cancel Apple subscriptions separately. For privacy requests, contact admin@genowave.com.
