Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, you must have a parent or guardian's permission where required. You must be legally able to accept these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure and activity you authorize through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Some features work offline or without an account; others require sign-in, a network connection or an active subscription.

2. Purpose of the service

Tarot: Mirror offers tarot exploration, personal reflection, journaling and meditation. Readings, interpretations and generated guidance are for reflection and entertainment. They do not predict events with certainty and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice. Your choices and decisions remain your responsibility.

Meditation features are general wellbeing tools. Stop an exercise if it causes discomfort, and seek qualified help when needed. The service is not an emergency or crisis-response service.

3. AI and online features

AI responses and speech transcription can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review generated text and transcriptions before relying on them. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or that generated content is unique.

Requesting an AI feature sends the information needed for that request to our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Online features are subject to the usage limits and eligibility shown in the app, provider capacity and service availability. Limits can differ by account or subscription. Remaining daily allowances do not create a cash balance or a right to future unused requests.

4. Subscriptions, trials and purchases

Paid features are offered through the supported app store. The purchase screen and the store's confirmation show the applicable price, currency, billing period, taxes and any trial offer. Subscriptions with automatic renewal renew and charge your store account under the store's terms unless canceled before the applicable renewal deadline.

A free trial is available only when the store confirms your eligibility and displays the offer. Unless you cancel within the store's required period, the trial converts to the paid subscription at the displayed price. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Uninstalling the app, signing out or deleting your Tarot: Mirror account does not cancel automatic renewal.

Benefits are available while the purchase is valid and verified, subject to the plan's stated limits. Restoring a purchase requires the appropriate store account and a valid purchase; a purchase cannot be claimed by multiple app accounts. Refunds and billing disputes are handled through the store's processes and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Promotional access can end at the time or under the conditions stated in the offer, after which the original access conditions apply. We will disclose material changes to paid plans and handle them according to store rules and applicable law.

5. Your content and public sharing

You retain the rights you have in the questions, notes and other content you submit. You give Genowave permission to store, process and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you choose, including processing through service providers. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Only submit content you have the right to use. If you create a public reading link, you authorize the question, cards and first AI response to be displayed to anyone with the link. Other people may forward or copy it. You can revoke the link in the app, but we cannot erase copies already made by others.

6. Our content and app license

The app, website, card illustrations, music, design and other service materials belong to Genowave or their respective licensors. Subject to these Terms and applicable store rules, you may use the service for your personal use. Access to the app or an artwork does not grant a separate right to redistribute, sell or commercially exploit that artwork or other service materials.

Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licenses, which are provided in the app's acknowledgments where applicable. For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies unless a separate applicable license is provided. These Terms govern Genowave's related online services.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, submit content you are not authorized to share, access someone else's account or data, interfere with the service, bypass authentication or purchase verification, evade usage limits, or use automated requests to abuse the service. We may restrict activity needed to protect users, service security or legal compliance.

8. Availability, changes and termination

Features can depend on your device, region, app version, network and third-party services. We may maintain, update or discontinue features, and provide notice where required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Where a change affects a paid subscription, applicable store and consumer rules continue to apply.

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, abuse, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Keep copies of content you want to retain using available export features.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of a reading or generated guidance.

To the extent permitted by law, Genowave is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. Any statutory rights and remedies available to you remain in effect.

10. Privacy, export and account deletion

The Privacy Policy explains data handling, service providers and your choices. The app provides available data export, local-data cleanup and account-deletion controls. Local cleanup and account deletion have different scopes; exported files, copies on other devices and public copies may remain. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription.

11. Changes, disputes and contact

We may update these Terms and post the revised version with its effective date. We will provide additional notice or seek agreement where required by law. If you do not agree to an update, you may stop using the service and manage any subscription through the relevant store.

If you have a concern or dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not require you to waive rights to remedies or courts provided by applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
